Enrollment

If you would like your student to transfer/enroll, you must complete the Alternative Education Enrollment Form. The link to the form is below.

Once you have completed the enrollment form and have submitted all required documents, you will be notified once your student has been added to Bunche's database. You will receive a phone call from the school to schedule new student orientation for parent and student.

Body Paragraph: Include when you completed and submitted your enrollment application. Be sure to also include parent and student name as well as a phone number and best time to contact you.

Ms. Clement will contact you within 48 hours.

NEW Students to District (Outside OUSD):

Parent/Guardian Picture ID
Student birth certificate
1 proof of parent’s home address (mail & documents with name and address to prove Oakland Residency)
Transcripts (can be unofficial)
Last report card
Immunization records

Transferring from a OUSD Private or Charter:

Parent/Guardian Picture ID
Student birth certificate
1 Proof of parent’s home address (mail & documents with name and address to prove Oakland Residency)
